Tribal Enrollment Committee Creates Obstacles for Isleta Quarter Bloods

On Monday, October 12, 2015, the Isleta Tribal Council will discuss the proposed amendments to the Tribal Membership Ordinance. The amendments would allow a small number of Isleta quarter bloods to be accepted as members of the Pueblo as long as they satisfy the criteria being proposed by the Tribal Enrollment Committee.
